Our company specializes in wood privacy fences and we build for large sub-divisions as well as single homes, municipalities, home builders as well as commercial work. Over 90% of our business is focused in this area and we have a large group of CAN DO Fence Team Members to support the thousands of homes we complete annually. With 25 Years under our belt, we are one of the most experienced and skilled contractors in the business today.

All equipment is company owned and operated. This means we do not subcontract any part of our work. From start to finish CAN DO Fence is responsible and accountable with seasoned and skilled crews completing all work to the highest standards. We invest in the most modern Heavy Duty Machinery and Equipment needed to do the job right!

IMPORTANT: Survey Liability Insurance & W.S.I.B. are for your protection. We work with Municipalities such as the ‘Town of Markham’ as well as professional home builders. We are therefore required to carry proper insurance including survey liability insurance to ensure you are fully covered for accurate property line division within legal standards. You don’t have to worry about costly mistakes or disputes with neighbours! We are one of very few companies to offer this Written Warranty on our contract! (conditions of contract included with all formal quotes)

CAN DO Fence & Deck specializes in building fences in newly constructed areas. From start to finish we can get the project done and build quality fences for all parties involved in a timely manner. Once we get the information, we need we can take over the process from there! Ask about our *Process to get Quotes.

NOTE: Fence building is our main focus and we have the excellent capacity to take on all projects. Our deck division is a smaller and separate part of the Company and availability varies.

RE: Minimum Project Sizes

We dispatch our specialist in house crews separately to do every part of the project correctly including:

• Post Crew Team
• Concrete Truck Crew (no hand mixing)
• Fence Install Specialists

Heavy Duty Equipment used to do the job right!

Fixed costs including our concrete truck dispatch cost means we can handle any size project and multiple projects simultaneously– Due to fixed setup costs we do have a minimum requirement of 150 ft. (typically a full-size detached home backyard) to take on any project. This is how we are set up and allows us to keep costs competitive for us and more importantly our customers! We do not want to exclude any project but must ensure it is viable and competitive for our customers & we thank you for your understanding.

NOTE: Heavy Duty Equipment to ensure proper hole depth and diameter mean long term more durability… Some wear and grass damage does occur as a normal part of the construction process. This means decades of durability for your fence and no corner-cutting. Although we are not landscapers and do not do grass repairs, this is generally relatively minor and you won’t have to worry about your fencing coming down for decades to come!

This is our commitment to expert installation and quality, no exceptions. This covers critical items such as Post Installation and Structural Integrity (Natural wood behaviour such as splitting/shrinking and warping of lumber are unavoidable and excluded from the warranty.) Any structural issues resulting in sections of fence being loose or coming off supports is FULLY COVERED for 5 YEARS!! (Longest Written Warranty in the Business)
